"Stoney Island Conservation Area has become a home away from home for a man who has been cross-country skiing for over six decades.
Kincardine Cross-Country Ski Club member Karel Mika is 74-years-old and has been cross-country skiing for the last 62 years.
'It really is soul healing,' said Mika. 'I just wouldn't trade it for anything.'"
