"NIAGARA FALLS—The region’s long-latent tourism potential could finally come to life when the planned Niagara Falls National Heritage Area is completed.
“This area has first-class sites, so let’s make it a first-class destination,” said Thomas Chambers.
Chambers is the newly elected chairman of the heritage commission, charged with devising a multifaceted management plan to coordinate and market the area’s natural and historic resources to boost tourism and stimulate the region’s economy."
