On Thursday the Ontario Trails Council (OTC) received a phone call from the provincial grants department of the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) confirming OTC as a successful grant applicant.
In November 2010 the OTC submitted an application to initiate a trails skills development program focused on a 14 part curriculum. The innovative aspect to this program is that its delivered by community based non-governmental organizations, professional service providers and staffs of organizations that make up the OTC.
This is a skills education program provided to community based organizations to other community based organizations, in the community where they operate.
The OTC, it's Board, staff and membership thank the Ontario Trillium Foundation for their support.

The Ontario Trails Council is a registered charity, led by volunteers who promote the development, management, use and conservation of Ontario's trails.
