What's the point of cycling restriction? - The Whig Standard - Ontario, CA
"My family has been enjoying Lemoine Point for many years now, mostly on foot. We have also contributed financially to the Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority. Recently, our youngest son has used its trails to learn to ride his bicycle, and I have frequently wheeled through on my bicycle, refreshing myself on the way to other places.
I was shocked, dismayed and angered over the sudden restriction of cycling at Lemoine Point, which I discovered recently."
