"The Ganaraska Forest Centre outdoor education staff is organizing two half-day sessions on Saturday, January 22nd 10:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.  to get started or re-acquainted with cross-country skiing. They’re promising an introductory ski lesson, a guided ski through the Ganaraska Forest, finishing off with a mug of hot chocolate.

The Ganaraska Forest is southern Ontario’s largest forest. The Forest Centre has over 35 kilometres of groomed and track-set trails for the novice and advanced skier. The trails meander through pine and hardwood forest, offering a challenge to skiers of varying ability levels."
