"It should be easier for you to get on your bicycle and pedal around York Region, starting with the release of the first regional cycling map this spring.
A $154,000 provincial grant, aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles, will help fund a map that will identify bicycle lanes, routes, trails, paved road shoulders and community facilities.
The region is also expected to add a cycling section to www.york.ca, including information about cycling, outreach programs and more."
