Ontario Trails Council Launches First Trail Education and Skills Development Course Module
The Trillium Trail Committee is pleased to announce the offering of the first module in its 14 part Trails Education and Skill Development Program. "Our collaborative effort with Ontario Parks Association and Algonquin College offers trail enthusiasts and folks working to build trails a real opportunity to improve skills and improve trails," says Damian Bradley, Ontario Trails Education Committee Chair. "All of the programs are designed to boost existing skills and provide the best awareness of current trends and techniques, while supporting the efforts of community volunteers, staff of parks and conservation areas, as well as enthusiasts and students looking to broaden their on trail capabilities," adds Graham Burke Program Facilitator
