Lands Claims Issues - Algonquin
Before re-naming it the Ministry of Natural Resources around 1972, the former Department of Lands and Forests had political clout and was the envy of many jurisdictions in North America. It had a fleet of aircraft of which seaplanes were stationed in many L & F districts, including Pembroke. See link for more.
