Put out your Fire
The Ministry of Natural Resources is gearing up for the annual forest fire season. The season officially begins April 1 and the fire season may come earlier this year with drier conditions caused with below-normal snowfall and rain levels this past season, said Art Osborne, provincial information officer with the MNR's fire and aviation branch.
