"Peterborough County OPP found a 12-foot blue kayak with a white seat on Chemong Lake in Smith-Ennismore-Lakefield Township on Nov. 27.
The kayak was found floating upside down, covered in snow and about 30 metres from the shoreline, police said.
Anyone with information can call police at 742-0401 or 1-888- 310-1122 at night."
