But police say if sledders familiarized themselves with the rules under Ontario’s lesser-known Motorized Snow Vehicles Act (MSVA), they could be better prepared for a safe snowmobiling season.
“These aren’t tips or guidelines, these are the rules,” the OPP’s off-road safety co-ordinator, Sgt. Michael Price, said Wednesday from the force’s Orillia headquarters."
