Toronto NDP MPP Cheri DiNovo is expected to introduce a bill Tuesday calling for an amendment to the Highway Traffic Act, to provide for a three-foot passing law in Ontario, where motor vehicles must give at least three feet of passing room on roadways around bicycles."
