"Local government officials are considering long-term changes to recreational options following a recent meeting over a plan proposed to expand on walking and cycling paths throughout the city.
City council heard about the plan from Brian Hollingworth of IBI Consulting, a firm commissioned last year to develop the plan, during Monday's monthly meeting of the Planning Advisory Committee (PAC)."
