he Honourable Michael Chan, Minister of Tourism and Culture, will be addressing snowmobilers on Friday, September 17, at a lunch of the 43rd Convention and Annual General Meeting of the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs (OFSC). Minister Chan is expected to make an important announcement about snowmobiling and winter tourism.
