Cycling Tourism
Tourism cycling was a hot topic at the recent Rural Ontario Municipalites Association's convention, Hamilton Township councillors heard at Tuesday night's meeting. Northumberland County is developing a master plan but liability issues are one of the holdups in completing it, says Warden Rick Lovshin.
