Perhaps some Trails with that Development?

While the Huronia Regional Centre's former residents spent the past year adapting to change, their old home could sit for years awaiting transition.

There's been no lack of interest in the sprawling 264-acre lakefront property since it was declared surplus by the province five years ago, but the Ontario Realty Corporation (ORC) isn't in a rush to decide its fate, said Jeff Giffen, ORC spokesperson.

"There's no real, set timeline. I think this situation is unique," he said. "Ordinarily, when ORC disposes of properties on behalf of the government,... we run through our normal process, (but) in this case, the site is still in use."
