"Former chair of the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority (NBMCA), Marc Charron, was honoured yesterday for the leadership he provided in transforming NBMCA to a financially stable organization since its upheaval in 2004.
'Marc's leadership proved to be valuable in the negotiations and discussions that lead to the stabilization of the Conservation Authority these past six years. We are grateful for the significant contribution he has made,' said Board Chair Dave Mendicino."
