"Municipality of Kincardine council has instructed staff to work quickly with the Bluewater Snowmobile Club to reopen a section of trail connecting Tiverton to the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Trails System.
Bluewater's Wayne Williams expressed to council the club was upset a letter from a concerned citizen could trigger the trail closure, without first consulting them. The letter complained about a snowmobile using a sidewalk along Ross Street to get into town."
