TORONTO AND REGION CONSERVATION AUTHORITY | Toronto and Region Conservation invests in climate change and water resource management education
"Toronto and Region Conservation (TRCA), a member of Conservation Ontario, today announced that they will be developing and delivering training materials on integrating climate change and climate change adaptation into Drinking Water Source Protection Plans. The project is part of Ontario Regional Adaptive Collaborative (Ontario RAC), a partnership project between the Government of Canada, Ontario government, conservation authorities, academic institutions, municipalities, industry and NGO's to help advance adaptation planning and decision-making in Ontario communities by driving coordinated and sustained action to assess risks and reduce vulnerability to a changing climate.
