Councillors said they were surprised to hear press reports of a proposed bike trail connecting Petawawa to Quebec.
Last week, Susan Ellis, manager of economic development, recreation and tourism for the City of Pembroke announced plans to create a specific bike path that will connect the town with Pembroke, Laurentian Valley and an extensive trail system in the province of Quebec.
