"The driver of an all-terrain-vehicle was arrested in Shrewsbury after registering a fail on a roadside breathalyzer test.
Police were called after a complaint of a man towing a sled carrying a nine-year-old girl eastbound on Peel Street in Shrewsbury.
Officers observed the man pulling the girl on the road which was covered in 5-10 inches of snow."
