"Local skiers are posting impressive results on the Ontario cross country skiing circuit.
On Jan. 22 in North Bay, at the Ontario University Athletics - Northern Ontario Division (OUA-NOD) Invitational hosted by Nippissing University and North Bay Nordic a small group of Georgian Nordic Ski and Canoe Club/Parry Sound High School ski team alumni skied with their respective university ski teams, now across the province.In the OUA Women 9 kilometre race (out of 28), Katie Madden racing with the University of Waterloo was fourteenth and Lynsey Bialkowski with Nippissing University was sixteenth."
